The BPI-Philam US Equity Fund invests primarily in the iShares Core S&P 500 Fund, an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) domiciled in Ireland. The fund is suited for aggressive investors who aims to achieve a return on investment through a combination of long-term capital growth and income by investing in a portfolio of large, established United States-based multinational companies. The fund aims to track the performance of its benchmark which is the Standard & Poor's 500 Index (S&P 500). This fund will be managed by the Bank of the Philippine Islands through its Asset Management and Trust Corporation (AMTC).
