Payment Facilities

Conveniently pay your premium on My AIA, our all-in-one customer portal for your policy, health, and wellness needs.

Here's how:

  1. Visit My AIA here. Bookmark the link to easily go back to My AIA!
  2. Enter your username and password then click Login. For existing users, you may use your ePlan or AIA Vitality login credentials. If you do not have a My AIA account yet, click Register now.
  3. Once logged in to My AIA, click Make Payment.
  4. Choose the policy that you would like to make a payment for then click Proceed.
  5. Select your payment method: Credit/Debit Card or Bancnet.
  6. Key in your card details, then click Pay Now.
  7. Wait for confirmation on your payment then click Back to My Policy.

If paying using a credit/debit card, you have the option to enroll in Auto-Pay so that you can automatically charge your premiums when they fall due.

Before you pay your premium, keep your contact details updated so that you receive notifications on your payment transaction. Update your contact information here.​

Missed paying your premium?

No worries! We are giving you a 30-day payment extension from your premium’s due date. Kindly settle your premium within this grace period to keep your policy active.
